Big Game Motorsports Have First Weekend Off Since Beginning of March

Inside Line Promotions – SARVER, Pa. (Sept. 23, 2013) – For the first time since the first weekend in March, Big Game Motorsports drivers Craig Dollansky and Sammy Swindell didn’t compete in a race last weekend.

With the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series rained out for the 4-Crown Nationals at Eldora Speedway near Rossburg, Ohio, on Friday and the Commonwealth Clash at Lernerville Speedway on Saturday, the teams had a rare weekend away from the track.

There is only one Outlaws race scheduled for this weekend. On Saturday, the teams head to Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, for only the fifth World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series race at the track and the second since 1993.

In 2011 – the most recent Outlaws race at Fremont Speedway – Dollansky qualified 11th quickest before finishing second in his heat race and fifth in the feature.

With only six races remaining on the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series schedule, only 18 points separate the Big Game Motorsports drivers from fifth place in the championship standings. Dollansky and his Eyecon Trail Cameras team hold the slight edge over Swindell and his Big Game Treestands team.

DOLLANSKY : 70 races, 6 wins, 18 top fives, 38 top 10s, 55 top 15s, 66 top 20s

SWINDELL : 71 races, 3 wins, 16 top fives, 40 top 10s, 56 top 15s, 62 top 20s
