Tim-KaedingPETERSEN MEDIA- 2013 has been a sensational year for Tim Kaeding, but last week in Pennsylvania is one that he will quickly like to forget about.

“We were not very good at Lernerville on Tuesday night, and Saturday at Williams Grove we struggled in qualifying, and had some brake issues,” Kaeding said.

Timing in 22nd quickest during the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup, TK scored a fifth place finish in his heat, putting him in the feature event, where he started in the 19th position.

Trying to get something going, TK would work up to a 13th place finish, putting him in the fourth row for the second feature.

Starting seventh in the second feature, Kaeding just simply struggled, as he couldn’t seem to get moving forward, and actually lost several spots, and wound up with an 11th place finish.

Heading to Williams Grove on Saturday night, Kaeding got off to a very tough start as he timed in 29th fastest.

With his brakes giving him fits in his heat, TK started and finished eighth, putting him in the night’s B Main event where he started in the 10th spot.

Still having issues, TK would unfortunately not make it to a transfer spot, and wound up finishing seventh in the B, ending a very disappointing weekend for him.

“It is no secret that the competition is tough out here, we just were not on our game, and struggled bad. I hate it for Dennis and Teresa Roth, because they have a strong team together, and we need to be up contending for more wins.”

Tim and his Roth Motorsports team would like to thank Roth Enterprises, HR Livestock Transportation, 3H Cattle,  Mobil1, FK Rod Ends, Weld Wheels, Brown and Miller Racing Solutions, Kent Performance, Kaeding Performance, and Astro Titanium for their support in 2013.
