10.17.20 Carolina Clash Late Models Results
Sumter, South Carolina (10/17/20) – For the first time in 15 years the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series returned to Sumter Speedway located in Sumter, South Carolina on Saturday October 17th for the annual Slick / Ed Gibbons Memorial event paying $4,000 to win. The event was 40 laps.
Ross Bailes of Clover, South Carolina scored his 17th career Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series victory at Sumter Speedway Saturday as the event concluded. David Duke, Dennis Franklin, Johnny Pursley, and Kenny Collins rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was David Duke with a time of 14.601 seconds.
