3.19.16 Carolina Clash Late Models Results

Lancaster, South Carolina (3/19/16) – After starting fourth Ross Bailes of Clover, South Carolina took home the win in the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event held on Saturday at Lancaster Speedway worth $5,000. That marked Bailes second straight win with the Carolina Clash in 2016 and his sixth all time win with the series. Fast qualifier Chris “Smokey” Madden of Gray Court, South Carolina led the first 27 laps of the event until having to go pit side due to right rear issues. Madden set fast time with a 18.219 second lap around the fast half mile lowering the track record at Lancaster Speedway. Dean Bowen, Chris Ferguson, Ricky Weeks, and Tim Allen rounded out the top five finishers.
