3.7.20 Carolina Clash Late Models Results

Lancaster, South Carolina (3/7/20) – The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series traveled to the place known as “The Fastest Half Mile Dirt Track In The South” Lancaster Motor Speedway located in Lancaster, South Carolina on Saturday March 7th for the annual Red Rose Rumble event presented by Pepsi worth $5,000. 20 Carolina Clash competitors signed into Saturdays event.

Zack Mitchell of Enoree, South Carolina took control of the lead on lap three of the 40 lap event making the pass on Brett Hamm. Mitchell went on to score the 2020 season opener victory with the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series Saturday at Lancaster Motor Speedway and earned his ninth career win the the tour. The event was caution free and exciting. Brett Hamm, Ben Watkins, Dennis Franklin, and Derrick Ramey rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was Brett Hamm with a time of 19.017 seconds.
