4.7.19 Pennsylvania Sprint Series Results

A persistent shower moved into the area during a second-lap caution period, forcing postponement of the remainder of Sunday night’s 20-lap PA Sprint Series feature at BAPS Motor Speedway. The race will be completed as part of a scheduled program on Saturday, April 20.

Cale Riegle had taken the early lead Sunday with Devin Adams and John Scarborough in tow, when a three-car incident in turns one and two halted the race after one lap had been completed. Rain, which had threatened earlier in the evening, picked up enough to send the cars to the pit area, and after a brief break that allowed run-in trucks to begin their work, the shower intensified, ending racing.

Heat races for the 32 PASS/IMCA sprinters on hand were won by Jake Frye, Scott Lutz, Jaremi Hanson and Ken Duke Jr., with Kasssidy Kreitz claiming the consi victory.
