5.13.22 USAC Midwest Thunder Midgets Results

Lima, Ohio (May 13, 2022)………Bryce Massingill powered to the lead just after halfway to pick up Friday night’s second running of the Mike Streicher Memorial for the USAC Midwest Thunder SpeeD2 Midgets at Ohio’s Limaland Motorsports Park.
Massingill (Troy, Ohio) started fifth in the 20-car field and reached the head of the field on the 13th lap of the 20-lap main event after three others shared the lead early, including Jacob Denney (lap 1), Ian Creager (2-6) and Stratton Briggs (7-12).
Past USAC .25 Midget champion Zach Wigal (Belpre, Ohio) zipped into contention by charging from his eighth starting spot to finish second in his series debut while Michael Magic (Winder, Ga.), Briggs (Anna, Ohio) and Creager (Covington, Ohio) rounded out the top-ten.
