6.2.18 Ultimate Super Late Models Results
LANCASTER, SC – The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region traveled to Lancaster Speedway located in Lancaster, South Carolina Saturday June 2nd for their first ever appearance to place known as “The Fastest Half Mile Dirt Track In The South”. 18 Ultimate Southeast competitors signed into Saturday’s event all chasing a $4,000 payday.
Zack Mitchell of Enoree, South Carolina set fast time in qualifying with a time of 18.889 seconds to earn the Davis Diesel Service fast qualifier award. Mitchell powered to lead at the start of the 40 lap event and led flag to flag to score the victory with the Ultimate Super Late Model series Southeast Region at Lancaster along with his second win this season with the Ultimate Southeast. Johnny Pursley, Dennis Franklin, Kyle Hardy, and Michael Brown rounded out the top five finishers.
The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will be back in action again on Saturday June 9th as the Series will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina to Fayetteville Motor Speedway for a event paying $5,000 to win.
