6.8.19 Tyler County Speedway Results

A great night of family fun featuring the annual Kings of Karnage show at America’s Baddest Bullring presented by Cam Safety would parlay smashes, crashes and destruction galore. A pitful of thrill seeking daredevils would put on a show for the very nice crowd and entertain the young and old alike. From short track stock car racing to school bus racing to a 100 lap enduro race, there was something for everyone.

Picking up Demolition Derby wins were Tyler Wiley of Caldwell, Ohio in the Full-Size event and Billy Carpenter of Marietta, Ohio besting a stout Compact group. Zach Travis would snare back to back School Bus wins as the West Union, WV speedster would take the checkered for the 2nd year in a row. In the Kids Power Wheels event it was young Cruz Thomas snaring the (3-5 age group) and Jeremiah Baker outdueling the others in the (6-9 age) category.

In the Sigler Fabrication EDGE Hotmod division presented by Poske Performance Parts it was ‘Big Daddy’ Steve Magyar of Wileyville, WV picking up his first win of the 2019 racing season. Magyar got the popular win ahead of Cody Brightwell in the Michael Thomas #27, current point leader Steven Dotson who charged from 17th to 3rd with Roland Bell and Lou Ennis rounding out the top five.

Jeff Fornash aboard the blue X machine would hold off a pesky Daniel Eddy to secure his second win of the season. Following the lead duo were John Cogar, Ryan Saffell and Josh Baldwin.

In the Bullring Bomber main event it was Scott Critchfield grabbing the win ahead of Jason Tidd and Dalton Goode.

A whale of a 100 lap Enduro race would close the program with Zanesville, Ohio’s Bill Summerville taking the win over Kelly Temple, Corey Boudinot, Bobby Boggs and Joseph Taylor.

A non-points show in the Jenkins Auto Parts MWRA Mini Wedges would see the Casto Brothers snare a clean sweep. Following Jake Casto in the Junior Division was Carson Thomas and Wyatt Demoss. Big Brother George Casto III would not be outdone by younger brother and would grab the Senior Division checkers over Natalie Hibbard and Allen Clark.
