7.24.21 United Championship Racing Alliance Results

Sweetwater, TN (7/24/21) —Saturday night the United Championship Racing Alliance – UCRA was in action at the I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater for the 5th annual Larry Kyle Memorial 604/Crate Late Model series race. Twenty entrants took to the track for the 40 lap feature, paying $2,500 to win. Loudon’s Cory Hedgecock and Crossville’s Brandon Williams duked it out up front, until Williams night ended 7 laps premature, handing the unofficial victory to the #23 “EZ-GO, I-75 Raceway, Coryhedgecock23.com” racer. Knoxville’s Zach Sise was second, Loudon’s Matt Henderdon was third, with Jimmy Elliott and Jason Cardwell rounding out the top five. Sixth thru tenth were; Ronnie Johnson, Sylvan Schuette, Joe Pickelsimer, Jesse Lowe and Jason Welshan and respectfully. Williams, Ethan Hunter, Seth Jolly, John Cobb, fast qualifier Junior Whitener; Barry Anderson and current UCRA points leader Kenny Kizzar rounded out the field. Cameron Weaver, Jamison Earley and Hayden Ownbey failed to start.

The next UCRA event is slated for Saturday, August 14th at Seth Wimpey’s Sugar Creek Raceway in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
