Budds Creek, MD- Kenny Moreland drove an inspired race to collect his first win of the season in last Saturday nights 35-lap “Larry Hills Memorial” at Potomac Speedway. The win for Moreland, worth $3650, was his first at the track since the 2016 season and it came aboard his familiar Rocket no.24.
Moreland drew the pole for the feature and would make the most of his good fortune as he eventually would pace all 35-circuits to post his 9th career feature win. Heats went to Covert and Axtell.
