9.12.20 Dodge City Raceway Park Results

DODGE CITY, Kan. (September 14, 2020) – William Nusser and Tracy Link split IMCA Modified honors over the weekend with wins on Friday and Saturday night atop the 3/8-mile Dodge City Raceway Park clay oval.

Nusser and Link scored the wins as the IMCA Modifieds accompanied the World of Outlaws Sprint Car “Boot Hill Showdown” that saw Jacob Allen and Sheldon Haudenschild pick up wins.

Nusser took off from the pole position and led all the way to win Friday night’s 15-lap feature ahead of David Solberg and Tracy Link. Link turned the tables on Saturday night, gunning into the lead at the outset and leading all the way in the 15-lapper for his second win in as many weekends ahead of Joel Lane and Jeremy Zorn.

Dodge City Raceway Park wraps up the 2020 campaign with Saturday night’s Eighth Annual Jerry Soderberg Memorial Championship atop the 3/8-mile clay oval and then the season-ending Little DCRP event for Micros and Karts atop the 1/7-mile clay oval on Sunday.
