Brett Hamm Scores Carolina Clash Victory At Carolina Speedway
Gastonia, North Carolina (5/21/21) – The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series traveled to “The Carolina’s Action Track” Carolina Speedway located in Gastonia, North Carolina on Friday May 21st for the annual Gaston County Shrine 100 event paying $5,000 to win. The event was also the fourth event of the 2021 Carolina Clash Tour season.
Two Time and defending Carolina Clash Champion Brett Hamm of Newberry, South Carolina held off Trent Ivey to score the victory Friday with the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series at Carolina Speedway. Hamm would capture his 5th career Carolina Clash victory. Trent Ivey, Michael Brown, Ross Bailes, and Adam Yarbrough rounded out the top five finishers. The Ponce Realty Group presented by Nick Whitesides fast qualifier of the event was Brett Hamm with a time of 15.282 seconds. The Xtreme Custom Trophies Hard Charger of the event was Jeff Smith (Started 11th / Finished 7th).
